Our mission is simple: to make contemporary dance accessible to all adults, regardless of age or background.

Our approach is a framework of consistent groups that go through a learning and training process over time which allows for in-depth, intimate group and personal work.

Bona is more than just a dance school; It is a community that celebrates the inclusivity and passion for dance.

We are expanding throughout Europe with highly professional teachers, we offer a unique combination of courses in contemporary and modern dance, improvisation, contact improvisation, alongside movement and somatic work.
